After dealing with and firing 5 different/indifferent realtors I found Jena and was very impressed. The others added me to their online email list and ignored me otherwise. Jena was proactive in my search for a property. She was always available by phone and when I wanted to see a property she was able to schedule the showing for the same day or next day. In this market that made a huge difference in being first to put in an offer. She put offers in within an hour and kept in close touch with the other agents for progress reports. She researched each property and was already working on answers before I had even thought to ask a question. Due to her long time in this business she has an excellent network of people to consult for opinions for anything from legal issues to renovation estimates. She is very professional and ethical in her dealings with buyers, sellers and other agents. I am looking to purchase another property and am already working again with her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my grandmother or anyone else who needs a knowledgeable, experienced and caring realtor.

Best Realtor!! Over the last few years I've tried buying a home but the realtors made it hard. I was basically on my own and had no idea what steps it took. Jenna was there for me through out the whole process. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

5 out 5 stars!!! I purchased my first home this year with Jena Perez. I was nervous about the process but she was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Jena has an Outstanding work ethic about her self, and she really values your time. I advised her I was very interested in a property and the next day she schedule me for a showing. Jena checked the market to make sure I was getting the best deal and what the going rate was on the market. I'm usually busy during the day, so we had to have majority of our conversations via text and email, Jena was always reachable and responded back at a quick pace. She explained the importance of getting an inspection for the property, which I wasn't thinking about. I'm so grateful she did. I found out I needed all new appliances and was able to prepare for that expense. The Bank I going through was unable to finance me because of the type of loan I needed. Jena was able to provide me with a list of different companies that would be able to finance the kind of loan I needed. Jena made sure that we were always ahead of our dead lines (never putting my binder fee in danger), and had all the paper work documents were singed correctly and sent off. She was met me at My job, Starbucks, even the gym to go over the loan and address any questions or concerns. Very flexible, and understanding. After working with three other realtors I was very impressed with Jena and her ability to get the job done. Very professional !!! I already recommended her to three of my friends.

Jena was helpful, attentive, and very responsive. She walked me through every step and stayed on top of the details throughout the entire process. Jena was great the whole entire time. My husband and I had been looking for several months. She was very patient and helped walk us through the entire process. Jena was very quick to respond and stayed on top of everything from the contract to inspections, dealing with the lenders etc. I really appreciated her knowledge and how helpful she was!
