She quickly set up a search criteria to meet my needs and sent me a list of available homes. Whenever I expressed interest in a home, she worked with my availability and scheduled the showing. Jen also followed up regularly to make sure all of my questions were answered. We had to deal with a few issues during the purchase process but Jen was always on top of it and she knew how to resolve it.
