Her patience was legendary. Mostly because i am known to be a handful to deal with! Jen and all of her team were going above and beyond to help us. Last minute showings, early morning calls. Persistent texts from me. They were always there to help! Jens knowledge of Long Beach was like a superheros superpower. She knew all the neighborhoods almost all of the listing agents of the homes we were looking at too. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, it felt like we had a trusted friend by our side. When it came time to negotiate, We felt very confident in Jen representing us. Even though it was a little stressful at times with Jen's guidance we knew we would make it happen and get what we felt was fair. We ended up getting house below listing price!!!! Jen provided us guidance wherever we needed it. She had referrals for everything that we could have possibly needed through the process. Home Inspector, Mortgage Broker, Insurance Company, Contractors. If we needed it she had the person to call! Even after getting the keys she is still a huge help when things have come up. Thanks to Jen, we now have a lovely home with a backyard for our fur babies. If you want a realtor who can handle the serious stuff while keeping things light and fun, Jen is your gal!
