She was helpful and thorough from the first day when we went to look at the new house we were considering until the last day when we signed the papers at the title company. Ms. Gennaros role in selling my property exceeded my expectations by: Taking my request to sell my property via phone communication, full filling her promise to get back with me with detailed data on land values in the area, relating to me a realistic range of what price to expect, providing the required documents electronically for me to digitally sign, and giving me a contact to procure the POA I needed. I expected having to make several trips to sign documents, having the land surveyed to get detailed data on the property, and having to wait six months or more for a buyer, and having to search for lawyer to handle the POA I needed. Her professionalism was gratefully appreciated.
