ZillowVERIFIEDAnthony represented us on our 11th real estate transaction, so we feel like we are speaking from experience. We purchased a property from a private party through word of mouth. We were not comfortable going through a transaction without professional representation. The seller was unable to pay agent fees, so we paid Anthony to represent both parties. This would seem like a conflict of interest, but Anthony was clearly looking out for both sides from the beginning to the end of the transaction, going above and beyond expectations. The seller was years behind on paying taxes as well as HOA fees, and Anthony guided both parties through resolving those issues. He dealt directly with the HOA and the county, sorting out all the details which spared both parties from having to do so. He helped us mitigate what could have been is sensitive situation with legal ramifications involving another neighbor. He stopped by to discuss the issue without us to lay some ground work. We later returned together as a group to iron out the details of the potential conflict. Everything was resolved very peacefully with a zero problems. He was amazing! His temperament and demeanor seem like they would be compatible with anybody, and that he can resolve conflict in a peaceful manner. (This was a trusted referral by a real estate agent who represented us with eight transactions and whom we trust 100%.)
