I can't say enough good things about working with Jen. She helped my husband and I with the purchase of our first business. As you can imagine, we had no idea what we were doing and were putting a lot on the line, but Jen was right there with us through the whole process, really going above and beyond from what her job actually entails. She brought a lot of things to our attention that we would otherwise have missed from her many years of experience. With Jen's help, the process was so smooth and we felt protected and heard along the way. From our first conversation she worked tirelessly to understand our wants/needs, answer our hundreds of first-time-buyer questions, and kept us feeling very positive in this often discouraging market.
