My sister and I had a hard decision to make regarding the selling of our brothers townhome. It should not have been hard, but I knew absolutely nothing about selling real estate. My sister knew quite bit about it, but she lives in Wisconsin, and cannot be here in Michigan immediately, if necessary. So we decided to let the professionals do it. And boy, were we glad that we did! From the first day that Realty Concierge Group sent a representative, Jehiquita Yharbrough, out to talk to us (conference call with sister), we felt like the heaviest burden possible had been lifted from our shoulders. Jehiquita talked with us first about the home, did an inspection, and offered suggestions on ways to make the home even more attractive to potential buyers. Before Jehiquita left, she told us about her team members and how they worked together to assure success. She told us who we could contact if we had questions about anything at all, even to call any team member if we were unable to contact her immediately, because they would know exactly what to do. She was right about that! Everything went smoothly and the home was quickly put up for sale. After 2 or 3 days, bids on the house were stopped, loans were approved, and closing was held. I am not sure if Jehiquita had to be in attendance or not, but she certainly was there. Realty Concierge Group did not disappoint!! Without hesitation, we recommend to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home to consider Jehiquita Yharbrough and her team of capable and professional realtors!
