What I liked about Jeff was that he didnt mind that most of the time I had to bring my boys with me to look at houses. One of which who is very hyper and rowdy.He was patient with us, this being the first time we have sold a house. He answered my millions of questions, no matter how silly or small,with respect.

Jeff was on the ball, we were shopping with cash and had narrowed our list from over 800 to less than 30 homes and wanted to see a few in his region. We had a lot of issues with our lender and our home inspector. Jeffrey was patient and had great recommendations for a new inspector. He is courteous kept us up to date on everything needed and went out of his way to make us feel like our new home was important to him. Jeff was great! We went to an open house and was in his office that same day signing the contract to put an offer in on the house. At the time we were not pre-approved for a loan so he contacted the lender to get the process started. The lender called us right after we got home. All on a sunday of a holiday weekend! When we wanted to look at a couple other properties to make sure we wanted the house he got us appointments to see the houses within 24 hours. Jeff kept in touch with us throughout the process and made sure we didn't have any questions. Jeff has made our first time home buying experience easy. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
