Jeff went above and beyond while helping us find our first home. He directed us to get pre-approved, collaborated quickly with all parties involved, paperwork was electronic and super fast (Literally, a life saver with a newborn baby in a pandemic), and he knew our needs, limited resources, and respected our wishes. He is a man of faith and his integrity showed thru on every encounter. We couldn't compete in the current market, honestly-but Jeff still treated us like VIP. He worked long hours, was extremely resourceful, he negotiated and followed up diligently with all parties and much more.
