The logistics of buying a home were a bit overwhelming, but Jeff immediately, calmly and assuredly, broke it down into steps. He knew exactly what I would need, when I would need it and who to reach out to along the way. He was always available by email or phone, all the way to closing. On the day of the closing, he traveled back and forth between boroughs when there was a potential problem with the co-op that might have delayed the final sale. And he solved the problem! The close went through on time and without issue. Jeff would be a great broker for anyone purchasing a home, whether for the first or fifth time.

Our NYC coop had languished unsold for more than a year with another broker, who only managed to bring in one lowball offer, below the asking price, from a candidate that the board then rejected. We were desperate to sell. We changed brokers and hired Jeff, who had just sold another apartment in our building. Jeff came in, had the place photographed within a week, then went through his procedures and methods, and scheduled an open house. From that first open house we got two serious offers, both well above asking price. Jeff advised us on which buyer would be more likely to be approved by our coop board. That buyer was indeed approved, and the deal got done, in the tight time frame we needed it to. Jeff is just great at what he does aEUR" he has the experience, the methods, and the contacts to get the deal done.
