He was able to sell my house after it had been on the market for a while through another realtor, and the market had slowed down. He also negotiated a very smooth transition with a tight deadline along with some hiccups from the sale of my house and the buying of my new home. I couldn't have had a worse experience. When I was having some doubts about the property he would tell me, "Well if you don't want it then I'll just give it to the next person in line". Another time when he gave me the contract he said here it is, just sign the back. He didn't go over it with me at all and after reading it myself I find out that he was going to charge me an extra $500, and so I confronted him about it and he apologized. It didn't stop there, I asked him to try and get the seller to replace the fifteen year old water pump and the 35 year old furness and he told me that this was a sellers market and the seller doesn't have to do any of those things. I kept insisting and finally the seller agreed to just replace the water pump with a cheap $500 one. At the end when I officially closed on the house, Jeffrey sent me a text saying he just found out I closed and he left the keys to the house in the back of the house. That was literally all he did. He didn't say congratulations nor did he meet me there or anything. He simply left the keys in the back and told me where to find them. I'll seriously never use this guy nor the company he represents again nor will I ever refer anybody to them. My brother is a realtor in another state and when I told him of how I was being treated he was shocked and disgusted in Jeffrey.

He sold my home and found me a new on in no time at all. He is a very nice man that has the answers to the questions I had. He went well above and beyond to help me in every way. He listened to my wants and concerns and help me to find want I wanted and never pushed me to do something I did not want to. So much more than just a salesman. Great job Jeff 100% recommend
