Jeff came and looked our house over from top to bottom, inside and out. Then he and his business partner Joel did a fair evaluation based on similar properties in our area. After reviewing that with us, we came to a mutual understanding of what we wanted to list our house at. They were very accommodating. We signed off on the paperwork and they were at our call 24/7 if necessary to insure a smooth selling process. Their honesty I telling us what we needed to do to enhance the value of our house prior to showing was refreshing. Once we depersonalized and dressed it up we were ready to list.
