As a REALTOR(R), my passion stems from being a local homeowner here on Long Island. I was born in Queens and raised here in Suffolk County, NY. I come from a family of two brothers and two sisters. Growing up here afforded me the full experience of a Long Island family lifestyle. My life here on Long Island includes fishing trips to the beach, which I love. I also have 2 pugs, Gizzmo and Max, and a puggle, Ella. It's where I met my wife, business partner, and high-school sweetheart, Michele. Plain and simple - It's our home. Josh represented us in our purchase of a waterfront home in Shirley NY. He was great from start to finish, from initially showing us the house in July 2022 to our final walkthrough and closing in September 2022. Throughout the process, Josh was always available, communicative, and helpful. Whenever we texted him a question, he replied promptly either with an answer or a promise to find out the answer (and then followed up). He understands the local market very well, and helped us to negotiate a fair price for the property by suggesting an initial offer and subsequent counteroffers. He truly was a pleasure to work with.
