Ive bought well over 100 houses, both as a investor and personal, and Jeffrey is by far the best agent Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I stay pretty busy with my various business entities, that I would call, email, or text at odd times and Jeffrey always answered promptly. I initially called him about a property on Lake Sinclair, and when we met at the house I was shocked at how he knew every single nook and cranny on the Lake, and in his Southern Gentleman way kinda pushed me away from this property that while the house was nice, the water it was on was not so good. He recommended a few houses that were not on my radar, and I fell in love and made an offer right then and there. I never would have found this house without Jeffreys knowledge of the lake. I couldnt be happier and even after the sale, his knowledge and service doesnt stop. He has helped me find someone to redo my lake house and walked me through the process with Georgia Power. Just to sum it up, the guy is simply amazing!

Jeff was very consider of our wants in a lake house. He showed us numerous houses that day and never rushed us. As we review the selected homes he had previewed, we were able to eliminate several through out the day. Finally selecting a townhouse, because of location and price.
