ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are reading this BEFORE you sign a contract with Ganz, consider this your lucky day. Do not hire him. He will NOT work for you. He will have ZERO loyalty to you and he will only operate in his best interest or that of the seller. He will fail to advise you. You will regret it -- especially if you are an average home buyer or a veteran or a senior. He will have no respect for you. I hate leaving bad reviews. I considered this for more than a month after my home purchase. But it was my duty to disclose my experience to others. You have hopefully been forewarned.
