Jeffrey invited us to an open house in Tracy on August 21st. He messaged me before our 2:00 appointment and asked me to come 15 minutes early. We did. After walking through the house he explained I was 1 of 3 prequalified renters and basically told my daughter and I they wanted to rent to us. Monday August 23rd he spoke with my boyfriend and said he would talk with the owner and get back to us. That is the last I heard from him. It?s ok we didn?t get the house, but NO follow through. We texted 2x and emailed once that week he couldn?t be bothered with us anymore. He never called us back, emailed texted. I saw the listing removed that Friday. Do not use him!!! He will tell you things and then ghost you. Not professional at all!!!!!
