While the Midwest is a great place to be from, I set my sights on Arizona the day I graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Marketing. I packed my sweet '79 FJ40 Land Cruiser and hit the road--the Cruiser only made it to Albuquerque! I settled in downtown Phoenix just in time for the Diamondbacks' World Series win, and the city's remarkable rise from the ashes. This experience ignited my passion for real estate and community development.
