ZillowVERIFIEDI would not work with this realty company or Jeff. Jeff stepped in to assist when another realtor from his company I had used for buying a property (and wanted to give a 2nd chance after failing to show up the last week before the sale) failed to show up to calls. We chatted quickly about the property fully my needs. He sent his assistant to take pictures of the condo and she was 40 minutes late arriving and took the pictures in the dark and indicated she didn't need the drapes opened and was unprofessional. Jeff called me quickly and said he came to a price for the condo and would send over the breakdown of the fees. All I recieved was the papers to sign to list the condo and to have Jeff as my realtor. I received no comps or discussion about the condo and how it compared to other condos on the Market. I asked for this information and rudely received a text stating that the comps didn't show it to be any more money, but again failed to include the comps so I was flying blind. I finally had to tell him I was finding another realtor with the lack of information and very unprofessional. He was very agitated through text messages and got very nasty. We provided keys and I had to ask 2x to send them back and his response was "You're the boss". I would not work with him or his team and would recommend finding another realtor to work with.
