As a native Montanan that has lived in and near Bozeman for the past 20 plus years, I have explored most of this part of the state. Lisa showed my son and I several houses for sale in the Livingston, MT area. She was very knowledgeable regarding insurance, long term maintenance and the market area. She ALWAYS returned my texts, calls and emails within 24 hrs if not way less! She didnt try to upsell me to a more expensive home that I couldve afforded but steered me towards the house I'm in now that is a perfect financial and desirable fit. Ive sold a house through her as well in Bozeman, MT and it didnt appraise for my contracted price, she and her colleague petitioned the appraisal company with factual evidence and they upped their appraisal!
