Sharon was wonderful and answered our questions quickly, whether email, phone or text. She managed the process to insure Bank received all docs timely from the seller. Additionally, she suggested we bid lower and our offer was accepted!!! Sharon also was in top of a minor repair that the seller would not correct (after the final walk through). However, she stayed on them and ensured it was corrected after we signed papers but before the deed was recorded. I have referred her to my sister who is looking to buy and will use her again!! Sharon is what you expect to partner with when making a home purchase.
