We were introduced to Jeff through friends whose house we were interested in purchasing off market. Jeff facilitated that deal as well as got us a great offer on our home. From start to closing, Damon was in complete command of all the details of the purchase. It started with a detailed pricing analysis to help arrive at an appropriate offer amount. Then, very timely communication with the sellers agent helped get to an accepted offer. He also recommended the array of professionals needed to get to closing, like a title company and a home inspector. Even after closing, he maintained assistance with finding contractors to perform minor repair work needed. I certainly would work with Damon on any future purchase I might consider.

Many great things to say about Jeff Amsden. Jeff and I have been connected since he helped find my first property in South Jersey in 2005. Recently, my tenants of a condo in Mount Laurel gave me 60 days notice that they would be moving out. I reached out to Jeff due to his familiarity with the market in South Jersey. He quickly performed a comps analysis for fair market value for similar rental properties and had an MLS listing up within days of us meeting up to perform a walk through of the property. He provided me with a list of local contacts to perform cleaning services, painting, and repairs, which were all fairly priced. Throughout the search for a tenant, Jeff would evaluate the interested parties and only present adequate candidates. He called at least twice a week to get an idea of what I thought of the interested candidates, as well as, status the progress on the listing. He also used Home by ShowingTime, which sent emails anytime there was a showing. The frequent communication, whether by text, phone call, and email, was helpful and kept me focused on what the top priority was for the day/week; additionally, we were able to real time assess a potential tenant and move on if we felt there were any red flags. In the end, we did negotiate a bit on the rental price, which he handled entirely. As an owner, being able to have Jeff work things from beginning to end, was everything I could ask for. I highly recommend Jeff Amsden for a knowledgeable and thorough realtor for both rental and home buying.
