He was always friendly and professional with us. He was also not afraid to share his opinions on what would be a good buy and what would be the potential of a house. He could get us to see multiple houses in one day very quickly, even if they were in a different county. He is also very good at lowering the final closing costs by negotiating fees to be paid by the seller, and lowering the asking price of a house. All around I found my experience with Jimmy to be excellent and I would trust him to buy or sell a house for me in the future.
