My wife and I decided in April that we were going to quit living in an apartment so we needed to start looking for a house. We met Jeff through Zillow, and from the first meeting to the last meeting, he continually proved that he was about the best thing that could have happened to us with this search. He was there guiding us through every step of this long and exhausting process of looking for a home. I swear I think he took us to see 30 homes over the next three months, showing each time that he was knowledgeable how a house stacks up to other houses in the market and was able to point out problem areas of each one and things that we could negotiate on.
