I was referred to Jeff Warwick six years ago when I was looking to purchase a condo in Mammoth. He was so knowledgeable easy to work with, and the process was very smooth. So when I was interested in also buying a house there recently, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else. Only this time, the home had many issues - the roof leaked, there was mold, the owners had a medical issue and had to push back the closing. Through it all, Jeff took care of EVERYTHING. Just a few examples - he not only found a roofer, but he met him at the house for the inspection, he organized the mold remediation, he called a local snow removal company, he ran over the the house to ensure there was propane in the tank, and the list goes on. He's also a genuinely nice, down-to-earth, trustworthy person. I can't recommend Jeff highly enough!
