It wasn?t a good experience for our level of home. Jeff believed we were asking too much, was generally negative in his approach with us and seemed to try to be steering the sale toward one where he also could represent the buyer. In one negotiation with a potential buyer, we did not feel he represented us well at all. We eventually reset with a new agent and had more showings in the first two weeks (in March right after the shut down) than during the previous 6 months with Jeff. We gave him a shot based on a very good past relationship with Judy Vanderlinde but it just didn?t work out.
