Listed with this agent and he missed details about the house and we had to change the listing info multiple times. He ended messing up a deal we had pending with his sloppiness. When trying to follow up with him on status of different aspects of the sale all I got in return were excuses and rude answers. Wasted two months of prime selling time because of him.
