Stephanie Bast is a superhero negotiator, coordinator, communicator and encourager! We found the perfect home but our offer was declined at first. Stephanie urged us to list our home so wed have leverage in an offer. Great showing advice on our home and it was in escrow in 3 days. Behind the scenes she stayed in contact with the realtor of that perfect home and we were first in line to make an offer!
