Jeff, Mark & Pamela were a great team in selling my father's factory in Wilmington. Having just survived Hurricane Ida and hired a crew to clean up, they rolled with it every bit of the way! Not only did they sell our building, but they helped me close on my farmhouse in Magnolia at the same time as the closing of our factory! They had a buyer and so did I, so the bidding began and Jeff's Buyer had the highest bid, which was over our asking price! This team is phenomenal and I highly recommend them!
