They are in constant communication, sending checklists and recommendations for staging the house and getting the best photography and descriptions of the home. Then there is the knowledge of the market. They understand it and adjust accordingly. We sold our house this past October, interest rates at all-time high and covid housing market over. Concerning right? Well, their knowledge and understanding of the market allowed us to get more than we expected in the sale! But that's not all. 1.5 weeks before closing, our fridge leaked and we had to file an insurance claim. Jeff Probst Group stepped in and recommended a flooring guy, a drywall guy, handled all communication with the buyer - for a month! That's a month of work after the house was sold and they didn't skip a beat. This is where they truly set themselves apart from others. They truly care about their buyers and sellers.
