ZillowVERIFIEDGreat resource of information on the region and the surrounding communities, easy to work with, and interested in finding a good fit. Informed us about water rights/restrictions in various neighborhoods, what snow seasons would be like and the differences down in the banana belt. He got us school bus route info, which it turns out we wont be using buses after all, but it helped us make decisions around moving with kids, got us a list of pros/services/contractors in the area, and a list of activities for kids in the town were moving to. He additionally went out of his way to hunt down a misplaced purse that my wife accidentally left while touring our new home, 3 hours away, which had us in a bind at the moment as she was about to travel. It was a wild market over the spring and throughout the summer and I believe negotiation advice was sound considering the situation and property that we made an offer on.
