Jeff did an amazing job. He has much technical knowledge about building construction and housing areas. He was prompt in communication. I realized that one of the reasons you want a a realtor is to help guide you through the process after you go under contract, and Jeff did a great job helping us through all these steps with the other people/agencies. I had no idea what to do in selling my dad's house. I contacted Jeff, whose name I got from a previous referral, and so glad I did! Jeff made the whole process seamless. He was available to answer any questions i had and I pretty much didn't have to get involved in any of the behind the scenes activity/paperwork. The house was on the market and sold in 3 days.
