We would like to give Jeff 10 stars! This was our 7th home purchase, and Jeff demonstrated the importance of securing a top notch realtor. With previous buys and sales, there were glitches and things could have gone smoother. Because a Remax Realtor was selling our home in another state, we wanted the coordination that also buying with a Remax Realtor could provide. After reading reviews, we knew Jeff was experienced and professional. What we didn't know was just how kindly and respectfully he would treat us. It was our great pleasure to work with Jeff who is a personable, accessible, responsive, and professional realtor. He provided astute insights and guidance about preparation of the house for sale. as well as guidance for putting it into the local housing market. Jeff recommended an excellent home inspector who gave our house a thorough examination before we put it on the market. We fixed every item noted in the inspection report and prepared the house for sale. As a result, the banks home inspector found no problems or issues with the house at the time of sale. Our custom-built home and property had many unique features that required special consideration when making an appraisal of its true value. Jeff helped us find an expert appraiser of regional reputation who provided an accurate appraisal used to set an asking price for the house. The buyers bank appraisal was consistent with our asking price. Jeff skillfully guided our efforts for staging the house for showing. He secured an exceptionally competent photographer who provided an aerial drone video, HD photography, 3D virtual tours, and a floor plan, which made our house and well-gardened yard look amazingly attractive on multiple national home sales websites. Jeff was always available to answer questions, negotiate with prospective buyers, and advocate for our interests as well as those of the potential buyers. He demonstrated insightful strategies and a precise attention to detail that were essential in selling our house. His advice was precise, timely, and right on target. We had a solid contract on our house within four days of being placed on the market. The contract exceeded our asking price and met our goals for the home sale and closing process.
