Jeff was always available to answer questions, negotiate with prospective buyers, and advocate for our interests as well as those of the potential buyers. He demonstrated insightful strategies and a precise attention to detail that were essential in selling our house. His advice was precise, timely, and right on target. We had a solid contract on our house within four days of being placed on the market. The contract exceeded our asking price and met our goals for the home sale and closing process.
