I want to recommend Realtor, Jeff Morris, to anyone considering selling their home. Because of his advice and hard work, we sold our house in one day. Thats right. One day. We scheduled 20 showings on a Monday and by 7pm had 17 offers all over our asking price.We were in on a tight schedule to sell our house as we had already made an offer on another home in another state. Jeff showed up later that week with a professionally composed brochure specifically addressing aEURoecomparisonsaEUR? of homes listed in our area and price breakdowns within the Denver/Aurora area.I believe the greatest advice and guidance Jeff gave us was setting our price expectations reasonably. He explained the dangers of listing our home too high. And why not to list too low. As things turned out, we needed to move our listing time up. Jeff accommodated our new timeline by agreeing with my wife to list our house with just a photo of the exterior with interior photos to follow. With some back and forth, we agreed to list our home on a Monday. Not an ideal time. It turned out to be a perfect time for us to list. We got the crowd that had lost out on their weekend searches and the group that wanted to get a jump on their weekend search.
