Jeff Meador simply made sure that everything was on schedule and did everything he could to help me make it happen. I had not sold a property in 34 years and was very rusty! Jeff made it easy for me. I don't know what I would have done without his help. I told Jeff Meador on a Wednesday in the late afternoon and he contacted a photographer who was able to shoot the next day at noon. Photos were uploaded late Thursday and the listing went live. I okayed 3 showings on Friday and 3 on Saturday, turning down others that were either too early or too late. We had 5 offers (1 dropped out) and had 4 solid offers by 10am Sunday - all above the asking price. Jeff counseled me on the wisdom of not taking the highest, but the best. And he was right. All in all, Jeff Meador is a gem! Any buyer or seller is lucky to use him. Thanks to Jeff, my house was under contract in less than 3 days for more money than I ever expected to get! Before close I had a 100% totally unexpected legal problem come up that put closing in jeopardy. Jeff then worked with both an estate attorney and the closing attorney, often doing all kinds of legal research way beyond what I would expect from a selling agent, to ensure a smooth closing. My closing may never have happened, or at least would have been much further delayed, if it wasn't for Jeff's intelligence, hard work, and tenacity
