My home had been on the market for 3 years and I had worked with 3 separate agents at that point, none of whom I felt were really listening to my concerns or suggestions. At that point I found and started working with Jeff who took an approach that made me feel more comfortable and heard, ultimately getting me get an offer and finally selling the home. Since that experience, Jeff has helped me buy and sell a home and most recently, purchase the home we've always wanted. He understands that excitement means and demands urgency, and that can make all the difference when the right home pops up. Jeff is an experienced professional, and we very much appreciated his help in purchasing our first home together. As a first time home buyer, I was thankful for how much Jeff was willing to teach us about the home-buying process as we went along. He is very honest and doesnt sugar-coat things - it is clear he has your best interest in mind during showings and when placing offers. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy it was to schedule showings with him. I have a very irregular, inflexible schedule, but Jeff multiple times books showings with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks to Jeff, we just closed on our home. Highly recommend him!

That meant a lot to me and was very comforting/reassuring, being new to and looking to acquire my first home in the Berks County area.
