Want to make sure to start by saying Jeff is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to the area. Jeff was great initially, was the first one to contact me (which I tend to reward), worked quickly to pull information on the market and was able to schedule the photo shoot within 48 hours and had our listing on the market in a similar time frame, which was great! We went under contract within a week. After that Jeff seemed to move on from providing much support. We spoke again when we had an appraisal issue, and then not again until the morning of the closing when the walk through was happening. In hindsight, after speaking to our next door neighbors who also recently sold and their experience, I am disappointed that during the negotiation process Jeff did not suggest/recommend an appraisal gap waiver. This would have saved us stress and not to mention thousands of dollars. All and all Jeff did a great job up front getting the listing ready and selling quickly which is appreciated, just feel like we missed out on some support throughout the rest of the process.
