If I could give more than five stars, I would, because Jeff Jillson is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. What most first-time buyers don't realize is that your agent can make or break your first purchase. Couer D'Alene is a small city; most realtors know each other and judge a seller/buyer by the agent representing them. In our case, Jeff was a key reason we were able to score a major deal with our new home. The listing agent told us that a big reason she went to bat for us when trying to convince the sellers to accept our offer was because of Jeff's impeccable reputation. In addition, Jeff was honest and really selective. He would guide us away from properties he didn't think were up to snuff and would point out flaws we didn't even see. All in all, Jeff has a lot of integrity, and was always responsive and diligent. I wouldn't recommend anyone else looking to buy real estate in Couer D'Alene other than Jeff, he is simply the best of the best!
