I moved to Memphis over a decade ago and fell in love with the city, the culture, and the people right away. While in college, I began to work as a leasing agent/property manager for a local rental company to help support my growing family. This quickly turned into a full-time role where I would help acquire new properties and oversee all rehabs and renovation which is where my love for real estate began. I was encouraged to pursue my real estate license and once I became a REALTOR(R), I hit the ground running and have never looked back! Because of my extensive history in real estate, I was able to become proficient in real estate investing, repairs, restoration, contracts, buying, and selling before I was even licensed. Having a grasp of the markets, climates, and cultures on all areas and parts of Memphis was incredibly helpful as well. Knowing the differences and nuances between the character-filled homes of Midtown to those that are further east and in the suburbs is INCREDIBLY vital, so you'll want to make sure you have an agent that understands each and every part of our amazing city. I've put in tens of thousands of hours and miles learning and doing just that. I have formed relationships with remarkable individuals and businesses that can serve us all the way from loan approval, inspection, repairs, closing, and beyond. I have built and will continue to build my business on a foundation of honesty, integrity, communication, and hard work. Let's be honest, anyone can "get a deal done" but knowing I'm serving you and not just selling to you is at the top of my priority list. My goal is for you to lay your head down after a long day of moving into your dream home KNOWING that you were well taken care of and represented by someone who you can not only trust but will continue to trust with your business. I don't spend a ton of time or money marketing myself, because I would much rather spend that energy and those resources marketing your home and/or helping you find a new one. I know if I've done my job properly that you will be my greatest ad campaign because of the service I've provided to you. When I'm not buying and selling real estate I enjoy working out, serving with various non-profits, collecting sneakers, watching the Grizzlies, and spending time with my beautiful wife while we try to keep up with our energy-filled daughters.
