ZillowVERIFIEDJeff is beyond awesome. He has a ton of work ethic, takes the time to get to know his clients wants and needs as well as the budget. His first question was whether or not I had been approved for my VA home loan yet. He put me in contact with an amazing bank and loan officer while we hunted for houses. Through the whole process, he had someone he could call; a handyman, an electrician, a foundation expert so on and so forth.The absolute best part, the "nail in the coffin" that sealed Jeff in as "our guy" was the way he approached selling a home. Not once did he come with a sales pitch, none of the usual "oh great neighborhood..." or "check out this amazing architecture..." we'd get to a house and he'd inspect it with us. He'd point out anything we may need to be concerned about and always had a person he could call for an estimate.He said, multiple times, "buying a house is probably the single largest investment a person will ever make." he wasn't here to take my money, he wanted to EARN it. For that, Jeff will always be our guy.
