Jeff is a treasure! He worked with me to sell an inherited home that was in total disrepair. As an out-of-state owner, he managed everything: tenant move-out, roof installation, landscape cleanup, home and garage clean-out with multiple dumpsters, propane line replacement, pest removal, disinfection and cleaning, a car sale, listing and marketing, inspections, and all negotiations to get to closing quickly. His background in construction, his own handyman skills, and his broad knowledge of local resources were incredible assets throughout the process. Exceeded All Expectations - I almost didnt hire Jeff to sell my house. I already spoke with 3 agents and was ready to sign an agreement with someone else. When that didnt work out, I asked Jeff to submit a net sheet. I'm a numbers person and Jeffs net sheet came in the best, beating the next best proposal by a significant amount. When time was of the essence Jeff saved me SO MUCH time and money when skilled labor was (and still is) in high demand and low supply. A strong net sheet looks great on paper but could he deliver? Absolutely. Jeff has negotiating skills that would make Saul Goodman proud. When I started this journey to sell my house I had a net number in mind that would make me VERY happy.
