Jeff did an amazing job helping us buy a home in a very difficult market. He was so patient with us. Answered all my questions in a great return time which was very important to me. We don t even know where to start when it comes to our overall experience with Jeff. When we first met Jeff, right off the bat he showed that he cared for us. We could tell right away that Jeff truly wants what s best for his clients, and cares less about the money. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers, we did not know much about the home buying process, and we were impulsive. We got excited by everything we saw, and were more than willing to overpay just to get whatever we could. Instead of letting us overpay which would totally benefit him, Jeff brought us back to this planet and made sure we were making smart, informed decisions, that were good for our pocket. He cared about US. He used his extensive knowledge to help us make smart decisions when it came to our offers- he actually ended up saving us $5,000. If I can say anything, Jeff knows what he is talking about. Every question that we had, Jeff had an answer- If he didn t, he made sure he had the answer within the hour. I think the thing we liked most about working with Jeff is that he really became our friend in this whole process. We felt like we could go to him with anything. He would call us some days just to say hi. He would ask us to go get dinner or a drink. When we were stressed he would ask to meet and he would address our concerns. Even though we have already closed on our house, we still talk to Jeff. Jeff even went as far as to offer to come help us hang our blinds. We still go to Jeff with questions about home ownership and he has still shown up any time we have had an issue. To sum up this very long review, we will always recommend Jeff to everyone we know. We will never use another realtor as long as we are alive. I never leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to. Being a first time buyer can be really new and scary and I feel like an agent is supposed to ease that feeling. In the short time I worked with Jeff I didn t feel like he was taking me serious or any of my ideas as well. I don t know if the homes or what I qualified for is not up to his standards and was basically told that at the price I m looking for I m being unrealistic (in layman terms). As a Hispanic man this is not a feeling I m not unfamiliar with. You want an agent who s going to work for you and I felt like I was working for him. Also he forgot about a scheduled appointment to go see a house! Do your due diligence!
