I had a choice of numerous agents who were both family and friends and all very reputable; but I knew that Jeff Hansen was my best choice. in my neighborhood, Jeff had for years prior, continually left fliers of market activity in the surrounding area of sales and listings. Though many would find this annoying, I kept track of the information and knew that he above any other realtors, knew my specific market. So he was the logical choice.Jeff was excellent from day one when my house went on the market. There was a flurry of activity and offers on my house and he guided me through which ones were the most plausible. I jumped the gun on one offer that wasn't good for my time frame and he he helped me get out of that deal. The next offer came in with another inspection by a zealot that found so many problems that I felt my asking price was going to savaged by other agents and buyers. Jeff held firm and in no time, I got an offer for the same price which closed last May!In conclusion, I highly recommend Jeff Hansen as an agent who Knows the market, works with his clients and above all will not just accept offers that are not in his clients best interests so he can expedite a sale.
