Fantastic Realtor! I had a great experience using Jeff Gysin as my realtor. Jeff was very knowledgeable about my area, as I am sure other realtors are. However, what set Jeff apart is the personal service, time and energy he spent in getting my house sold, and always being there throughout every step of the process. I needed to paint and install new carpet before I could list my house. I told Jeff the date I was meeting with the painters and he was there, helping me select the most strategic paint color that would make the house show well. When I met with the carpet seller, again, Jeff was there providing his input on what he thought the best carpet type and color was for the money I was going to spend. Jeff had a landscaper come to add some plants and mulch around my property to spruce it up, before we listed on the MLS. Once the house was listed, Jeff called me frequently providing updates/feedback from potential buyers, after each open house and after each and every individual showing he had. When I had questions and called Jeff he would patiently answer my aEURoenervous selleraEUR? questions. If he was unavailable, he would call me back shortly after I left him a message. When my house went into escrow and the buyers inspection report came back the buyer had a few items he wanted repaired/replaced. Again, Jeff handled it.
