I believe that saying I want to help and actively showing it, are distinctly different. Real estate is about trust, earning it and developing a positive relationship through the buying or selling process. That takes time and effort and I provide both. This allows me to stay in touch with what is happening in our area, what trends are occruring and how those changes may impact someone buying or selling property in this area. Will they be able to attend to my concerns in a promptly manner, or will it be assigned to an assistant or another agent that doesn't know you, or your concerns.
