This agent did get my home sold and he was a diligent property manager. I never felt like he actually worked for me. His loyalty usually went to the other side. The deal got done but he gave away things without clearing it with me. He is a charming, confident and competent person but his primary concern is his own position in the deal. Hire him if you can manage him; I couldn't.
