ZillowVERIFIEDI am so grateful for everything that Jeff has done for me. It was an exciting experience selling my property and I felt I picked the best realtor for my needs. He responded to my questions very quickly, got to work fast and very efficiently, like a superhero. He was very honest and upfront with anything that I needed to prepare for selling my house, including the disclosure, how to prep my house, pricing of the house, and how long the house should be on the market. His advice was honest, and realistic. When we got multiple offers, he explained to me in detail what each offer means in a way that I could understand, and helped me pick the best offer. He communicated very quickly with me, the title company, buyer, and anyone who was involved in this transaction. Whenever I had any questions, he always answered them within a few minutes, even though he was super busy. I live away from my property, but Jeff is local in the area, so he went above and beyond by making sure that my property was locked, no vandalizing or no break-ins. He checked mail for me, and even took the trash cans out! I felt safe because I knew that Jeff was keeping his watchful eyes on it. He is very respectful, and always thinks about other people, so I felt very comfortable doing the business with him. I highly recommend Jeffrey Freedman for your real estate needs. Jeff was able to bring multiple offers for the house despite the COVID-19 shutdown and social distance mandatory significantly slowing down the housing market. At the end Jeff was able to sell our house by mid May at full price. From the first meeting with Jeff until end of process, he was responsive, very knowledgeable and honest to every questions we have. We live distance from Brentwood and, the house was vacant when we listed it. Jeff was not only staging the house at the beginning but also helped us watching over the house to make sure it was ready before every visit and returned safely locked and clean after. Overall, his diligence, professionalism, knowledgeable and honesty had help us selling the house in timely manner and most of all at the full price. That is awesome and of course he is a five ?? agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with several realtors in my life, and working with Jeff was one of the most pleasant experience in this otherwise stressful period. With the help of his understanding, I went for rather unconventional sale; I wanted to sell my house exclusively to an investor. This specific request meant less chances and more concerns, but he said, 'however you want, I'll help you'. He custom-planned according to my situation and needs. Other realtors who seek quick money could easily say no. Jeff is equipped with all the right strategies. There were no stupid questions for me to ask. He ensured I understood everything by taking a time to explain to me in layman's term, or I would have taken hours to read the documents and still not sure if I understood correctly. Jeff is very professional; punctual, respectful and attentive. Even for the slight change of the plan or a few words in the documents, he gave me the update each time without fail, so I was very comfortable and totally in trust with him. He responded to my question or concern ASAP, even for such a trifle matter, because I didn't know what was very important and what was just a formality. I feel bad because I sent him email and text the moment I had a concern, because I didn't know what day he was off. But I never heard, 'I'm sorry but I'm off today. I'll get back to you tomorrow.' So his service was available practically 24/7. Jeff is definitely a people person. He doesn't say things to make people uncomfortable or intimidated, or comment that is judgmental, ever! You know someone like that in your office, 1 or 2 of the nicest people - that's him. He is also pet friendly - he didn't say anything negative about having pets, and actually he was very sweet with my kitties. Some realtors are not. When they see pets, that's a negative factor and some recommend professional carpet cleaning or even replacing the flooring, which you don't really want to hear when you need to sell the house. Jeff brought a professional photographer to take the photos of the property for the website. I didn't expect the difference it made! At first I was going to submit a few photos of mine - photography is my hobby (not with phone camera), but the Rich (the pro)'s work were far better than mine and even other photos I've seen on the website. I especially liked how he dealt with lights to create subtle ambience. I don't have any expensive furniture or interior focal point, but the photos looked inviting and natural, and much better than the actual! As a result, they attracted thousands of viewers on the web, and it didn't cost me anything for this. While Jeff has such a calm and friendly demeanor, he is also firm when necessary (at the negotiation) - which is crucial. But thanks to him, the sale of my house closed as a big success. All in all, he was the seat belt of my emotional roller-coaster ride. And he will be yours, too.
