Jeff did a great job overall helping me with the sale of my condo in Pasadena. He suggested staging the property and this helped tremendously in getting several offers after only 1 showing once the property was placed on the market. Once I decided on an offer to pick, Jeff was instrumental in working with the buyer and keeping me up to date on the process. When the buyer's inspection found an issue in the bathroom, Jeff helped me to find contractors to fix the issue and return the bathroom to a desirable condition. During this phase of the process, I feel that Jeff did a great job in being available at the condo for the contractors to do the required work, when I was not available to be there. This was, I believe, critical to closing the sale of the condo. In the end, I was happy with the sale and was very pleased with the agreed-on sales price with the buyer.
