We are in the military and my husband and I bought our first home in Maine. When it was that time for us to move to our next duty station, we spoke to Deborah Brackett. Getting to know her personally made us chose her as our broker. She has a good personality, always pleasant, and very honest. Due to an unfortunate event while we're on the process of selling the house, she didn't hesitate to accommodate our requests on her free time. These are the things she did for us along the way that stood out: 1. Showed and helped us do minor repairs for the house. 2.Offered and provided extra stuff to use for repairs. 3.Always checking-up on my family if we need help for our move. 4.Gave us extra hand on installing our roof rack. 5.Got up extra early on our last day in Maine to help organize our bags in the roof rack and the car. 6.Took care of items we were unable to discard after we left. She went above and beyond as a broker, and we can't thank her enough. I also appreciate her telling us not to sign for any paperwork until she reviews it. Selling your first house is nerve wrecking (add the military move to that), but she made everything go smoothly. Due to her exceptional knowledge and expertise, we sold our house in a month with a profit. I highly recommend her especially for first time home buyers/sellers like us.
