My husband and I recently sold our home and bought another one through Jeff Dockery of Happy Homes Real Estate and we couldnt be more pleased. From the moment we met him we knew we were in the right hands. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process.To give you a little background: We had initially listed our house through another agent a couple of years ago and though we had a lot of people look at our house, only one made an offer and then his financing fell through in the entire time it was listed. Feeling very discouraged we took the house off the market. Recently, we decided to relist it and a friend of mine from work recommended Jeff. He came out and listed it on Monday, had two showings lined up for the next day and the first one who came brought the house! Jeff then immediately set about lining up houses in our chosen area and price range within our specifications for us to see. So within a week we had sold one and bought another. Throughout the entire process, Jeff was always quick to return our calls and answer any questions that we had. Even though he had many other clients besides us, he always made us feel that he was never too busy to take our call or that we were a bother. The major mistake i made in trying to sell this house was not using Jeff Dockery from the beginning. I wasted 6 months of my time and money using a different agent and company. Jeff knows the local market like the back of his hand. He is always available by phone should you need him or have any questions. He always kept me updated on the home's showings and his selling ideas. Since i had moved to South Alabama i entrusted Jeff with everything regarding the sale of the house. I had such a good working relationship and trusted Jeff enough that i gave him my" power of attorney" to act as my agent during the sale and home closing. No problems with Jeff at all. When choosing a agent you need to ask them, "How many sales did you close during the past year"? Then ask Jeff his track record. You'll see the difference.
