My husband and I first met Krista Knight back in 2016. At the time we were looking for a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area to help us find property for a future move. We currently live in Pennsylvania. Krista was extremely patient with us; for, we did not end up purchasing land until 2018. It wasnt too long after the property was listed, Krista called me to tell me that we had an incredible, dream offer! We were extremely happy with the offer, and we accepted it. Again, the process was almost too easy to be true. Not only did she tell us what we needed to do step-by-step, Krista would follow up to make sure that we didnt have any questions or any difficulties. In fact, we were working with another realtor in a different part of South Carolina, and it was a completely different relationship and experience than what we had with Krista. This is why I would not hesitate to recommend Krista Knight to help you buy or sell your property or home. She is very knowledgeable, patient, an amazing negotiator, and reliable! You wont be sorry!
